Beautiful Fall Day in the Ozarks
Today is a wonderful fall day in the Ozarks. The highs are barely going to make the 70s today. It has rained for the last few days, so the grass is greening again. I so hope that aren't anymore 100. I should have my camera back this weekend and will post some updated project pictures.

Scarf Exchange
So I did it, I signed up for the Scarf Exchange #3. There are several people from KR that signed up. D*** KR, why do I go and read all those friendly emails and find these exchanges. Shame on me! I'm sure I will like it but I always get behind. I will try to be better this time.

Knitting Quiz
I took the knitting quiz and I'm a knitting guru. Who would have thought it? Here is the link Quiz. I got the quiz from CraftyBernie, who got it from another blog site.
Here is what a Knitting Guru is:
You appear to be a Knitting Guru. You love knitting and do it all the time. While finishing a piece is the plan, you still love the process, and can't imagine a day going by without giving some time to your yarn. Packing for vacation involves leaving ample space for the stash and supplies. It can be hard to tell where the yarn ends and you begin.

Socks from my class

Here is a picture of my socks that we knitted in my sock class at Hand Held Knitting in Fayetteville, AR. They are from Cat's book and I like them. I got ambitious and learned to knit 2 socks at the same time on circs. The class was only for knitting 1 sock on circs but thanks to socknitters.com, I was able to finish 2 socks at the same time.

Learning to blog better
Thanks to some help from my friends at KR, I learned how to add links to my blog. I know it's not much but it is a step. Next I need to figure out how to add pictures to it.

Knitter's Review
I have found a wonderful group and have learned a lot here. They are so very friendly and helpful with all of the knitting questions. The only thing I don't like is the enabling. I want everything that I see; tools, gadgets and know I want to learn to spin.

Sttich N Bitch
I forgot about my Blog. It has been a tough week. My dad had surgery and had 3 pins in his arm. He is a really bad patient. Yesterday, I got my mom out of the house, left Gene with Dad (sorry honey) and we went to Stitch N Bitch at Carrows. My mom never even picked up the needles but she did get to relax.
